Sourcing Original Assets

A lot of assets on this site were sourced from Google Images, old video games, or AI generated. I don't plan on these assets staying forever (placeholders) and am working on getting replacements.

Opening Animation

When the homepage loads, it'll say 'Welcome to the boring zone'. This will last until a number of important assets assets are loaded in. Then, an animation will play where a pair of disconnected hands will lob an explosive fireball at the page title, revealing the page's real title 'Welcome to the Wizards Alcove'.
Below is a GIF I made in CSP 4 EX to give a rough idea of how the final animation might look. The hands are sourced from Hexen.

Interactive Spellbook

Users will be able to interact with a virtual spellbook that they can draw magic circles to trigger visual spell effects. The planned name, 'Arcanus Gesturum', roughly transaltes to 'Mysterious Gestures' referencing the idea of casting spells by drawing symbols with your mouse.

Better 'Page Not Found'

It's quite boring atm. Im thinking of adding a wizard staring at a cluttered table of scrolls, books, and an orb, which is being pondered upon intensely
